Hurst Live Review Course and N-Stream Review Course

Standard Payment Plan

A non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 is due and payable at the time of online registration. The purchase price shall be charged to the credit card associated with the student’s account ten days prior to the scheduled review. In the event the student is unable to attend the scheduled review and requests a refund, Hurst Review will, at our discretion, issue a refund for the purchase price reduced by the non-refundable $50.00 registration fee. Such fee will be retained on the student’s account, and will be applied to future purchases of Hurst Review products by the student. If the student is unsuccessful on the NCLEX^®and requests and qualifies for a refund, Hurst Review agrees to return the full purchase price to the student.

Extended Payment Plan

In the event the student chooses the Extended Payment Plan when registering for the Hurst Live Review Course or N-Stream Review Course, a $20.00 convenience fee shall apply in addition to a non-refundable $50.00 registration fee. Payment shall be charged to the credit card on file and associated with the student’s account as follows: (1) The first installment of One-Half (1/2) of the purchase price (not including the convenience fee or registration fee) shall be automatically charged ten days prior to the scheduled review; (2) the remainder of the purchase price shall be automatically charged thirty days after completion of the review.

Hurst Now Online Review Course

Standard Payment Plan

The purchase price shall include the listed price for the Hurst Now product, shipping costs, and applicable sales tax. Final payment shall be due and owing upon registration for the Hurst Now Online Review Course. Students may request a refund within 10 days of purchase. Qualification for a refund shall be limited to students who have not surpassed the Free Trial Parameters^*and who have returned the course materials to corporate headquarters at the student’s expense. If the student is unsuccessful on the NCLEX^®and requests and qualifies for a refund, Hurst Review agrees to return the full purchase price to the student.

Extended Payment Plan

The Hurst Now Extended Payment Plan is only offered on Hurst Now purchases with a total cost greater than $250 USD. In the event the student chooses the Extended Payment Plan when registering for the Hurst Now Review Course, a $20.00 convenience fee shall apply in addition to any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Payment shall be charged to the credit card on file and associated with the student's account as follows: (1) The first one third of the product price plus shipping, taxes, and convenience fee shall be paid at the time of registration; (2) the second one third of the product price shall be automatically charged 1 month after the initial purchase date; (3) the final one third of the product price shall be automatically charged 2 months after the initial purchase date. Completion of the Hurst Now Review Course prior to either of the monthly installment payments does not deobligate the student from the remaining payments.

Hurst Qbank

All sales of the Hurst Qbank product are final. Payment shall be made at the time of purchase. No refund shall be available for the Hurst Qbank product.

Refund Policy for Canadian Students

In the event a Canadian student shall request and qualify for a refund under the Terms and Conditions herein, the credit card associated with the student’s account shall be credited the refund amount, as described herein, if qualification occurs within 120 days of the review course purchase. In the event the student shall qualify after 120 days of the review course purchase, a check in the amount of the refund shall be mailed to such student at the latest known address associated with such student’s account.

^*Students who have viewed any portion of the Hurst Now product beyond the portion entitled "Fluid and Electrolytes" shall not qualify for a refund.
