By accessing, visiting, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms.

Hurst Review is committed to providing a safe and positive experience to all users on our Site. When using our Site, you must comply with all applicable laws, including federal, state, and local laws, the laws of your jurisdiction, and laws regarding transmission of technical data.
If you violate these Terms, your access to the Site may be terminated immediately and without notice.

Our Site contains content owned, operated, licensed, and/or controlled by Hurst Review that is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights ("Site Content"). Hurst Review or its licensors retain all rights in and to such Site Content. Hurst Review grants you a limited, revocable right to view the Site Content solely for your internal use of the Site.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks ("Marks") displayed on our Site are the property of Hurst Review. You are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of Hurst Review.

Except as specifically set forth above, nothing in these Terms confers, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right under any trade secret, patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property right of Hurst Review or any third party. All rights not expressly licensed are reserved. Although we have attempted to provide accurate information on our Site, we assume no responsibility for the accuracy of the information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, registration, and password information.
Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy
The purchase price for all products shall be charged in full to the credit card associated with the student’s account or via PayPal, at the option of the student at the time of registration. Financing shall only be available to students who elect payment via PayPal. No financing options shall be made available by Hurst Review. Students who elect payment via PayPal shall direct all payment inquiries and/or disputes directly to PayPal.
Students may request a refund within 3 days of purchase. Qualification for a refund shall be limited to students who have not accessed any portion of purchased material, i.e., Qbank, videos, readiness exams, and who have returned the course materials to corporate headquarters at the student’s expense. Refund requests will not be processed until course materials are received.
If the student is unsuccessful on the NCLEX® and requests and qualifies for a refund, Hurst Review agrees to return the full purchase price to the student.
About Our Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Please check this page periodically for any updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, U.S.A., excluding any conflict of laws rules or principles.
If there is any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms, you and Hurst Review agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Mississippi, U.S.A.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
If you or others violate these Terms and we take no immediate action, this in no way limits or waives our rights, such as our right to take action in the future or in similar situations.
NEITHER HURST REVIEW NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, SPONSORS, NOR ANY OF OUR OR THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES MAKES ANY WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS OR TIMELINESS OF THE SITE, NOR DO THEY WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR
THAT THE SITE, THE SERVER(S) ON WHICH THE SITE IS HOSTED OR SITE SOFTWARE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
These Terms of Use, including any terms and conditions incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements between us with respect to such subject matter.
